Be Here Now

In the past several weeks, I have worked with clients that find it difficult to come up with a concrete issue for their Quantum Sphere Healing sessions because they are going through their days being out of their bodies and thus not present.  They are either looping back to the traumas of the past, or are running a fear of the future program in their minds.    Both of these dynamics are keeping them from seeing what needs to be resolved in the here and now.

We can only be present in each now moment!  This moment in time is constantly moving forward, so it is not a static thing.  Picture a strip of movie film.  It is made up of many consecutive images.  Each image is a frozen moment in time and can be looked upon as its own complete picture.  If you slice it out of the film strip, there would be no evidence that it was a part of a whole moving scene. 

Our now moments are like that, too.  Our place of power is in each of these ever evolving moments, one after the next.  Change, healing and evolution all start in the now.  Not that we can’t go back and remodel our past, but we have to be firmly anchored in the present to do so.  This is our starting point.  It is from the current perspective that we can get a sense of what needs to be done. 

In addition to this, if all of one's healing and evolutionary changes are not anchored into this present moment, it is as if the change never happened.  I routinely encounter people who have done a lot of work on themselves over the years and I would never know it.  They are a mess.  This is because they were out of their body when making these changes and the changes were not grounded into the reality of their present moment. 

First, let’s examine the looping back to the past phenomenon.  There can be many causes for this.  Are there unresolved attachments to a past event that you just keep looping back to?  Does your past seem more dramatic, meaningful or less boring compared to your present life?  Are you carrying a grudge? Do you feel incomplete with a certain event? 

There can also be energetic reasons for the looping.  Soul loss at an early age through trauma can keep drawing a person’s unconscious back to that event for healing.  Another trauma based pattern that keeps one locked into the past is Post Traumatic Stress Disorder or PTSD.  With this disorder, the imprint from a traumatic event in the past never leaves the person’s energy field, thus the cyclic reliving of the original events. 

I am not saying that the solution to this is to just ignore your past, as many people are pulled there automatically according to some of the above factors.   The key is to examine past events from your present position. Then you have the power to shift the memory and energy of what you are being drawn back to.

Projecting one’s energy and thoughts into the future is another pattern that can prevent a person from anchoring into the here and now.  Fear is the main driving force for this pattern.  If one has had a shaky start to life with traumatic birth difficulties, lack of a safe and secure environment at home, parents who weren’t adequately prepared to nurture and care for a child, one can believe that the world is not a safe place to be.  They will project into the future to find the next threatening event with the hope that they can prevent disaster if forewarned.  Being present and in the now may not be perceived to be a safe place to be if an unknown and dangerous event is lurking just around the corner.

I have found that some of my clients are fixated on the coming global financial collapse, earth changes, social unrest, etc, and want to use those themes in their healing sessions.  Their mind loops through the fear almost constantly.  I then have to work with them to focus on an issue that is current and timely, as that is where they can make a shift.  It is impossible to shift the trauma of an event if it hasn’t happened yet! 

Bottom line, focusing on the past or the future keeps one ungrounded and out of the body.  One’s place of power in the here and now is not able to be utilized for productive healing and change.  I will be writing more about the grounding process in the next post. 

Past Lives?

This is a topic that I have been kicking around for some time.  Past lives.  In both my shamanic healing practice and with the Quantum Sphere Healing, I encounter the negative effects from past life traumas that continue to impact my clients in the here and now.  During the healing session, these traumas are removed and a positive energy is put in their place.

First of all, let’s define what a past life is.  From the standpoint of where we are in the 4^th dimension, we are working within a system of linear time.  In other words, past, present and future.  A past life is one that an individual has lived in the past and on planet earth.  Of course, we have embodiments on other planets, solar systems and galaxies, but I do not put those in this category.  The traumas from these past lives can cause trouble in this one that can manifest as physical, psychological or emotional difficulties.  If we look at this situation from outside of time and space, all of these lifetimes are happening all at once and we can manifest a variety of symptoms from several of these at the same time.

When I was primarily doing shamanic work in my healing practice, not too many past life traumas were showing up.  The genetic inherited issues were always more prominent.  That led me to believe that each individual had many fewer past lives on planet earth than most people think we do.   

When I transitioned over to doing mostly the QSH in my practice, all of a sudden, I was seeing more past life traumas that were manifesting in my clients.  This has proven out over time and I have come up with a theory.  When working in the quantum field, a much bigger scope of information is accessed for the client.  That does not mean that more past lives that fit the above definition just show up when they didn’t before.  It does mean that a “bigger” totality of the client is being accessed. 

A person’s higher self orchestrates and coordinates all of one’s lifetimes on the earthly linear timeline.  The higher self exists in the 5^th dimensional frequency range.  In addition, we all have aspects of ourselves that connect us back to the source of All That is.  We have an oversoul, which is a conglomeration of many higher selves, and also a monad, which is a conglomeration of many oversouls.  Some might relate these structures to soul families.  Common vibration, purpose and affinity create these groupings so that they feel like bigger versions of ourselves. 

I feel that the reason that more past lives are showing up with the QSH is that the people here on earth and in a body at this time are actually clearing past life traumas for other aspects of their oversouls and monads that may not be in a body right now.  The QSH process allows me to see more of what is gong on in this regard.  Pat yourselves on the back because you are doing yeoman’s work for the greater you!

Quite a while ago, I came to the understanding that during this time of transition, those of us who chose to be here right now would become the focus for all of our other parts. These parts would withdraw somewhat to allow us to have all of the resources and energy of our greater whole so that we could complete our mission for the rest of “us”.    Our aspect in the here and now would then be able to take the rest of our higher and bigger parts through the transition.  It will be a grand domino effect at play!  Imagine the huge change throughout the various worlds and dimensions when this starts to happen.

So to those of you who have chosen to take on a very heavy load this time around, there is a reason for it.  Life may seem tough and obstacles insurmountable, but there is positive purpose for it all.  You are the focus for the greater “you”.  The transition will start with you in the here and now.  That is why it is ever more important to do your work as best as you can.  Be present, grounded and in your body at all times.  Pay attention to what is going on around you on the inner and outer planes.  You are the first domino that will tip. 

QSH with Carla Fox in SW Colorado

I am pleased to announce the date and location for  the next Quantum Sphere Healing workshop.  I will be teaching this exciting class in southwest Colorado from Friday September 5th through Sunday September 7th, 2014, from 9 AM to 6 PM each day.  The workshop will be held at 8 W. Main St. in Cortez, Colorado.  This is a very convenient downtown venue that is within walking distance of at least 7 different restaurants and also the Cortez Cultural Center.  Our attendance is limited to 14 people with a course fee of $425.

During this training, each participant will:

June Launch

This morning, our group got together for our monthly launching.  My intent for today was to gather additional information on the DNA transformation to add to what I received at the Croft Moraig stone circle in Scotland a few weeks ago.  Since a lot of this was happening all at once in the quantum field of “everywhere and everywhen”, I will do my best put these events into a somewhat chronological order.  What I am writing about also took 2 consecutive launchings. 

Right after I expanded my core essence and was propelled even further out by the rest of the group, I found myself looking at a double helix strand of DNA that was floating in front of me.  I am assuming that I was looking at the master strand of DNA that is located in the pineal gland. Lined up on either side were more strands that looked like shadows of the original physical pair.  There was also a slight energetic pulsing in the DNA. 

The double helix started spinning clockwise and the 2 strands started to tighten up.  At the same time that this was happening, all of the other shadow strands were being pulled into the spinning mix.  As the spinning and tightening proceeded, the 2 strands became one at the same time as particles of darker material were being flung out.  I can only assume that this was the denser shadow stuff that was being purged. 

I then popped into the center of the Milky Way Galaxy, where as I have found previously, a great cleansing has to take place before one goes through to the other side.  You can read about my experiences there in the post on the Stargate Milky Way. 

At this point, the 2 strands of DNA have already compressed down to one strand and then to a glowing rotating ball of energy.  Now this is where the action gets interesting!  What I was shown was that this rotating ball would then make the jump from the head to the core essence in the heart area.  All mind would be gone, as there would no longer be a need to think about anything, analyze, plan for the future, judge, or perform any of the other mental tasks that rule our lives.  One then finds themselves just BEING, sourcing from the rotating tube torus of their 5D core.  This is huge!  Can you get a feeling of what this would be like?  I do not know if we can hold the form of a body for very long in this state, either. 

This is actually what showed up next.  I could feel the rotating core essence actually eating up the physical form of my body.  I floated above the scene and could see the other launchers, but no me!  Of course this did not really happen in the room, but my cellular memory and energy field was being imprinted with this potential.  I know that this can happen.  Where this would take us, the possibilities are endless.

At the end of the second launching, I had popped out into a vibrational zone that had a milky grey-blue color.  The energy was very smooth and hard to describe.  Up ahead was some sort of beacon that slowly pulsed as it beckoned me to come closer.  At that point, the call back signal was given and I returned to my body in the room.  Perhaps I will get to that beacon again in the future to see what was going on there.  Interesting that the others in the group had detected that same color as I was taking my journey. 

I’d like to add several other observations to what has already been written about here.  We always share our experiences after each person has been launched, and today, we shared at the very end, too.  It has seemed for the last few days that we are in a very quiet place energetically.  This may be just the launchers impressions, but I think that it applies to the planet, too.  It is as if we have been in a sensory deprivation tank.  That is the feeling.  What this means, who knows.  Could just be a phase, or the calm before the storm.

We also talked about the group consciousness that we have formed, especially at launch time.  This was pretty evident today, as one member of the group couldn’t make it, and we had another member return after having been out of town for many months.  It was as if she had never left!  We then knew that she had been connected to the group the whole time, and I am assuming that the missing member tapped into the launch today, too, on some level. 

The other phenomenon that we noticed today was that all of our experiences had common themes and fit together like the pieces of a puzzle.  So by sharing and putting the pieces together, a greater whole is achieved.  And because of our group consciousness, the energetic shifts that are experienced by one are also experienced by everyone else in the group.  We may be looking at the 100^th monkey principle here, too, where we are affecting others outside the group. 

I could go on and on as far as the ramifications of my experience today, but at this point, my brain is feeling a bit fried.  I’m looking forward to the time when we don’t have to reference our minds so much and can just go with our core essence heart feeling nature!

Revisiting Rosslyn Chapel

This is the last post I will be making on the recent trip to Scotland.  It was our last day on the tour and our group started with a visit to Rosslyn Chapel, which is about a 30 minute drive to the south of Edinburgh.  I say revisiting because I was there with a different group 2 years ago to spend summer solstice 2012 in this fascinating place.  To read about that, go to my post describing my experiences on that very energetically significant day.

One thing was different for sure.  In 2012, it was not only raining that day, but part of the outside of the chapel was covered with scaffolding because of the long term renovations that were being done.  On the recent visit, the scaffolding was gone, and it was a sunny breezy day.  Wonderful weather!  We were even able to eat our lunch there outside later in the day.

Since this was my last full day in Scotland, the visit to Rosslyn Chapel was the frosting on my cake.  I took my time wandering around the grounds and then went inside to meditate.  The chapel is such a wonderful place to do this in, even when it is full of visitors.  After a brief visit to the high energy vortex in front of the altar, I proceeded to enter the crypt.   This is a room that is attached to the back of the chapel and is accessed by going down a steep flight of stairs.  One has the impression of being underground, even though there is light coming in from the stained glass windows.  From the outside, one can see the crypt built onto the back of the chapel and against the slope of a hillside. 

This time around, this room is where I found the most powerful energy.  Coincidentally, the scaffolding was over this part of the building 2 years ago.  Was it interfering with the energy?  Who knows? 

After a few moments standing in the crypt, the familiar spinning and full body vibrations started up again.  I just went with it and made sure that I was fully grounded.  The day finished up with a visit to the ruins of the Temple Church and Cemetery with many headstones marked with Knight’s Templar symbology. Then a climb down to Wallace’s Cave on the banks of the River Eske.  What a way to finish up a fascinating week in Scotland!

Croft Moraig Stone Circle

The day after our group visited the Lochbuie Stone Circle, we set out from our hotel in Pitlochry to the Field of Mary where our next stone circle awaited us.  As opposed to the day before when we had to cross a bog to get to our destination, this stone circle was right by the road with convenient parking and an easily accessible gate to go through.  We had arrived at the Croft Moraig Stone Circle.

The informational sign said that this circle was constructed in 3 phases starting about 5,000 years ago, and it was used from 3,000 to 2,000 BC.  It was situated on the top of a small hill in a very green field.  Quite a few of the monoliths had toppled over, so its appearance was not the nice neat arrangement that we had seen the day before.  There was also a bit of rock art on some of the stones.

I approached the very large “guardian” or “anchor” stone, gave it a hug and asked permission to enter the sacred space.  The deep male voice of an ancient wise one welcomed me with a “yes”. 

As I made my way around the circle tuning in to each stone in turn, I was surprised to find that this was a totally different energetic as compared with the Lochbuie Stone Circle.  No one stone really stood out, and there were no individual identities here at all!  This was a true group consciousness energetic.  In addition to that, with the way that some of the stones had fallen down, a rough spiral pattern had been created, leading one from the outside of the circle to the inside in a clockwise manner.  That was pretty cool. 

After spending a good deal of time wandering amongst the stones, I sat on a stone near the center point of the circle, and left my offering.  A very powerful vortex could be felt there, too.  This was truly an ancient high energy ceremonial site. 

Then, the familiar spinning motion of my body started again, as if it started up again right where it left off the day before.  I knew that the combination of the powerful vortex and the spinning motion was adjusting my DNA.  As I tuned in, it seemed as if my master strand of DNA in the pineal gland was being condensed down into a single strand.  This is something that George Kavassilas has said would happen as we continue to evolve past the 4D earthly arena.

This is the process.  The ongoing clearing of the genetic distortions held in the master strand of DNA in the pineal gland facilitates going down to a single strand of DNA.  Our physical 2 strand and energetic 12 strand systems actually represent a splitting or fragmenting of this original single strand.  This puts a new light on the theories that we will be getting many more strands on top of the 12!  To me this represents further fragmentation and dropping down in vibration.

As the single strand of DNA continues to spin faster and faster, it twists down to a compressed ball of light which is no longer a strand in form.  This will be our new 5D “DNA” which represents unified consciousness, not segmented consciousness.  At this point, the whole pineal gland will erupt into a sphere of 5D light which will enable us to source from a higher level of consciousness.  A domino effect will then occur that will proceed to shift all of the DNA in the body to match the new DNA in the pineal gland. Where this will lead, I guess we have to experience it to find out! 

George gives an excellent way for the continued clearing of the genetic distortions and matrix programming in the pineal gland.  You simply put the palm of one hand on your forehead and send energy from your heart core essence into your arm, up to your hand and out the palm and into the pineal.  Hold this stream of energy for as long as you are guided to do it.  If you are not particularly visual you can intend that the stream of energy from your palm meets its target, and it will. 

After all of this energy and information was downloaded into me in the circle, I sat for a bit enjoying the familiar vibrating body sensations.  For me, this indicates a cellular transformation.  After all, our body is our temple and vehicle for spirit.  It needs to be a full participant in any energetic changes we experience!
