Waterfalls

The Yellowstone River flows north out of Yellowstone Lake, and eventually through the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone.  We traveled to several overlooks and viewpoints to see the Upper and Lower Falls. First, here is the viewpoint where we looked down at the brink of the Upper where it goes over the edge.

Next, several views of the very dramatic and well known Lower Falls.  Some of these photos were taken from a viewpoint, and others while we hiked the North Rim Trail.
