Today, as I write this post, is the actual date for the Vernal Equinox here in the Northern Hemisphere. Last night, I drove up to the Parowan Gap for my usual viewing of the sun setting into the gap at this very sacred location. As we are currently having a heat wave here in the SW United States, the temps were in the mid 70's when I arrived. Very pleasant. Because of the ongoing warm temperatures, there were at least 8 or more campers parked around the area with people taking advantage of the nice weather.
I never know who I will be encountering when I go out to the gap for equinox or solstice. Perhaps because I was there a day early, there were no other participants. I like that as I can tune in without distraction. As the sun set. I intended that the focused and very powerful rays of the sun penetrate and activate my body. Below are my photos.
