Sand Dunes

I just love sand dunes!  Dunes that I have visited in the US are Warren Dunes (Michigan), Silver Lake Dunes (Michigan), Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park (Utah), Great Sand Dunes National park (Colorado), and White Sands National Park (New Mexico).  Each one is different, and holds a different mystique.  The nice thing about hiking sand dunes is that you can go anywhere you like, as there are no designated trails.  The blowing sands regularly erase any trace of footprints.

This is the second time I have visited the Mesquite Sand Dunes of Death Valley.  Because of a change in our schedule, we were allowed ample time to explore.

 

When we were done with that “sandy” experience, our bus driver took us along a one way only narrow and twisting road to view the Artist’s Palette area of colorful rock formations.  We found out later that our bus was longer than the limit for that road! Kudos to our driver.

After a delicious gourmet lunch at the Inn at Death Valley, we hiked Golden Canyon.  It has that name because of the yellow color of the rocks that seem to glow in the late afternoon sunshine. 

The Crater

This morning our group hiked around the edge of the Ubehebe Crater.  This crater was formed several thousand years ago when molten rock encountered underground water.  The resulting explosion created the main crater, several smaller craters,  and an extensive lava field in the surrounding area.

 

 

In the afternoon, we hiked Mosaic Canyon, which is probably the most geologically artistic and unique canyon in the park. 

Salt Flats

Upon leaving Las Vegas, our first stop in Death Valley was at the salt flats of Badwater Basin.  As you can see from the photo above, we were at the lowest point in North America at 232 feet below sea level.   Just to the west is Telescope Peak which is the highest point in the park at 11,043 feet.  You can see its snowy top in some of the photos below. 

Before checking into tour hotel, we hiked a relatively easy trail in Natural Bridge Canyon. 

Checking into the Ranch at Death Valley, which is located at an oasis, and is delightfully green! 

Hiking in the Desert

 

A few days ago I returned from a much needed hiking trip.  I met the group in Las Vegas where we stayed for 2 nights.  Our first full day of hiking was at the Valley of Fire State Park in Nevada.   The day after, we drove to Death Valley in California for more fabulous hiking.  There had been a lot of hype about a possible super bloom of wildflowers at Death Valley, but that unfortunately did not materialize.  The weather there had been unusually cool up to that point.  I do not know if that affected the flowers, but I was disappointed that there were none to be found and photographed!  Nevertheless, the scenery was gorgeous and out of this world. 

Here are some photos from our first day at Valley of Fire State Park.  You can see why it is named after the bright red Aztec sandstone formations.

February Launch Part 2

As I mentioned in the previous post, this will probably be the first time that I have described another launcher’s journey.  It felt so interesting and significant to me that I had to share. 

Here is a summary.  When the launchee lifted off, I saw her rising vertically in a tunnel that was lined with dark brown animal fur.  After a while, I started seeing glowing pairs of eyes looking at her.  When she cleared this tunnel, she had the appearance of a Bigfoot with a human head.  As she continued to lift up, her human form came up and out of the Bigfoot form.

Up above her there was a glowing orb of light.  This orb had thin strands of energy coming down from it.  I just couldn’t resist using a photo from the tomb of Akhenaton featuring the solar disc with the same strands of energy. 

I intuited that this orb was the group soul of the Bigfoot race, and the streams of energy were connecting to each creature.  If this is indeed true, then Bigfoot belongs to the animal kingdom, not the human.  Animals have a group soul, and humans have individual souls. 

At this point, I was feeling a lot of sadness.  The message that I got from this group soul was that this race of beings is not supposed to exist in physicality on our 3^rd dimensional earth.  They are strictly 4^th dimensional, and not from earth at all.

What happened to cause this problem?  Apparently a long time ago, there was some sort of calamity, explosion or nuclear event that opened a schism between 3 D and 4 D.  The Bigfoot race was fractured, forcing them to live a double life.  Part of the time in 3 D and part in 4 D.  Thus, they are popping back and forth having been displaced in time and space from their original planet.

I do not know how long ago this happened, but one of the launchers mentioned the nuclear event that destroyed Mars’ atmosphere.  Perhaps the Bigfoot race came here to escape that.  I certainly detected sadness and distress coming from their group soul.  It also seemed that the launcher has some part to play in this whole story and the healing that is needed. 

We also spoke about how humanity as a whole is fractured, even schizophrenic.  Would this be due to the numerous cataclysms that we have been witness to that distorted our DNA?  Maybe we are in the same dilemma as the Bigfoot race is, stuck here, fractured, and bouncing back and forth between the lower dimensions. 

So there you have it.  Another galactic mystery unfolding.  If we think that life here on earth is complicated, it is much more so “out there”!
