July Launch

We had an intimate group of 3 for our remote launching this morning.  It was quite delightful!  After chatting for a bit, we proceeded with our activity.  Before that, I emphasized the need to have an intent before proceeding.  One’s intent can be very specific, such as “Show me what I need to do to improve my finances”, or very general such as “Take me to a place where I need to go to learn something”.  Otherwise, one may launch and just float around.  Very pleasant but not necessarily productive.

Today, my intent was worded “Show me the structure of my consciousness.”  This topic came up because Marty of Applied Precog speaks very frequently about the UCC—Universe of Collective Consciousness that we are all connected to, and where the remote viewing targets that he assigns are located.  To describe the correct target, the viewer has a variety of methods to access that target in the Matrix, the All That Is, or the Collective Consciousness.  I wanted to find out what that all looks like.

Upon launching, on my way straight up, I crashed through layer after layer of a very thin glass-like material.  It was breaking into shards as I went through.  I then ended up in a zone that had a lot of constant flow, looked cloud like, and had rods the size of a drummers drumstick floating around.  These rods would occasionally join to make shapes, and then separate again.  So I assumed that this was what my consciousness looked like.  A lot of flow with very little structure.

Then, those rods formed a doorway in front of me.  I stepped through and found myself in the plant world.  I encountered everything from whole plants and flowers to parts like leaves and stems, all the way down to the molecular structure and chemical composition.  The colors were vivid. I saw that the consciousness of the plant does enter at a certain point, and that many devas were facilitating all of this.  There also seemed to be a “Greater Being” there in charge, too.

I popped out and the door dissolved.  I then asked for a door to appear that would lead me into the category of “people”.  After I went in, I encountered the same kind of macro to micro for the human form.  All very fluid, forming and breaking apart.  I got the definite impression, that I had gotten many times in the past, that we as the human race are just temporary on planet earth.  The human form is so fragile, as I saw behind that doorway.  We can be wiped out in a nanosecond!

The last door that I created and went into led me to the realm of dogs.  I don’t know why I did that!  I have had dogs in the past, but now have a cat.  The brief impression that I got about dogs is that they are all puppets, controlled by outside forces.  Kind of goofy!

After going into those doors, I asked about what higher force created my consciousness.  I floated upwards just in time to be called back.

The lesson in all of this is that we can use our consciousness with intent to gather information, interact with knowledge, and create.  It is a very malleable yet easily controllable part of us that is here to serve our evolution.   My journey with Associative Remote Viewing is certainly a journey into my own consciousness processes.  I can create an intent (connect with the coordinates of a certain target), focus, create that doorway, and step in to find the answer. It will be very interesting to see how all of that evolves!

Calling in the Rain

Here in the SW United States, our annual monsoon season has started in a very dynamic way.  This is the time of year when the weather patterns shift and we get moisture coming up from the Gulf of Mexico.   The daily rainfall also serves to cool down our temperatures, which had been up around the 100° mark several times lately.

Last year, and certainly the year before, the monsoon rains had been pretty puny.  The ancient people who lived here long ago depended on this rain for their dryland crops of corn, beans and squash.  No rain meant starvation for them.  This year we were actually at the point where it was recommended that we limit the watering of our lawns and plantings because of the ongoing drought, so this rain will certainly help that situation.

The storm clouds tend to build up gradually during the day and the resulting rain sweeps through in waves in the afternoon and evening.   Some local areas will get deluged, while others may get only a sprinkle.  The ground here is also very sandy and loose, so mudslides and flash floods can occur, too.  Yesterday, an area north of Cedar City got flooded, with muddy water flowing down the streets, but only a sprinkle in my neighborhood.

This brings me to the topic of this post.  I like to play around with calling the rain to my vicinity.  I have been doing this for years, and it is definitely a shamanic practice.  First of all, I do not do this on a perfectly clear blue sky day.  There must be a chance of rain and preferably, rain clouds visible from where you are standing.  You can move the rain clouds over to where you are, or even cause rain clouds overhead to start raining on you.

Here are the steps.  Stand outside, get relaxed, and Ground yourself.  Then expand your Core Essence.  Already you can see that this is a spiritual practice.  From here, you can then do either of 2 things or both at once.  First, you can feel yourself as the big juicy and expanded rain cloud which is releasing its moisture onto the ground below.  Or, you can be yourself right where you are and feel the rain hitting your body.  When I say “feel”, I really mean it.  Do not just visualize the action.  BE IT!  Then hold this feeling as long as you can.  A big dose of gratitude and appreciation must be applied, too.  Rain clouds have consciousness just as you do, and you may find it helpful to communicate with that consciousness while calling the cloud over to you.

Here are a few other twists to the exercise.  Take a look at a radar view of your area that shows the movement of the rain.  Use your hands or consciousness to move rain over to you on the radar.  If it is raining too much, you can use the above techniques to move that rain away.  I also used to have fun dissolving clouds in the sky.  Mainly the small fluffy white ones.  I would connect my consciousness to that of the cloud, embody that cloud, and feel myself dissolving.

Most of all, do this with joy, gratitude and appreciation.  We are all a part of the natural world and a part of the consciousness of all.  Have fun!  As a side note, I have been intensely interested in how the ancient people managed to move those multi ton megalithic stones.  Perhaps this is how they did it!  They became one with the stone so that carving and moving it was no big deal.

New Workshop in Cedar City

I have finally gotten the inner "go ahead" to start teaching again in my new location.  On July 29th, I will start a 6 week Thursday evening workshop series entitled "Exploring Consciousness and Spirituality".  The classes will cover basic spiritual concepts like grounding, and we will be doing some fun journeys, like Soul Retrieval.  I will know more after our first meeting as far as the attendees expertise and knowledge base, so this first round will be pretty loosely structured.  There will be no set fee, only donations.

It has been almost 3 years since I taught anything at all, and I am looking forward to getting back at it!  I do not know if anyone who reads this blog is within driving distance of Cedar City, but it would be delightful if that were the case.  Please get in touch if you would like to attend, and I can give you the details.  QuantumStargate@aol.com.  Looking forward to creating some sort of spiritually oriented group here!

Hot Stuff

Today I am describing “hot” in two different ways!  Yesterday, with our continuing heat wave in the SW US, we hit 100° here in Cedar City.   This is the first “hot” that I am referring to.  Not a good time to be doing outside activities.

We also had our July Jamboree on Main Street in the afternoon and evening.  This yearly celebration is sponsored by the Cedar City Lions Club and includes live entertainment, a beer garden, lots of different kinds of food and drink available, and vendors from our area.  For me, the highlight was the several hundred classic cars, hot rods, motorcycles and diesel trucks that were parked along a large section of Main Street that had been blocked off for the occasion.  So this is my second “hot”.

I was not sure I was going to go to this event, but I figured that I could always go home if it became too unpleasant.  Actually, I thought the bottoms of my sandals were going to melt onto the pavement in the heat!

Now, I am not a fan of cars at all.  But I am a fan of anything creative and artistic that we humans come up with.  And, I will photograph just about anything!  So what I had in mind yesterday was to take photos from an artistic viewpoint.

As I walked along looking at the various vehicles, I found myself relating to them as “personalities”.  Certainly, their owners had put a lot of work into restoring them, a process which can take several years.  Some of the owners were even dressed in period costumes to match their vehicles.  I would even suspect that these cars were cared for as if they were children, too.  Did they have consciousness in their own right?  I am sure their owners felt like they did.

I regarded the front of the vehicle as the “face”, and mainly photographed that.  See if you can detect the personalities of each of these.

Here is my favorite car named "Creamsicle Delight" by it's owner.  I did send it lots of gratitude and appreciation.  Maybe she heard me?

4th of July

You probably notice that this post is a few days after our official 4th of July holiday.  Here’s why.  This year, July 4th fell on a Sunday, which posed a number of dilemmas.  Most towns and cities celebrate with fireworks and perhaps a parade.  That normally happens on the exact date.  For religious based areas, like most of Utah, Sunday is not the appropriate day for the festivities.  So that leaves the natural choice of Saturday, the day before.  Here in Cedar City, for whatever reason, they chose Monday to have the parade in the morning and the city sponsored fireworks on Monday night.  Because of the ongoing drought, individual fireworks were discouraged.  Instead, there were designated spots around town where people could go and shoot off whatever they wished, to keep the mayhem somewhat contained.  One of these places was just down the street from me!  I do not know exactly what they were doing over there, but it was pretty loud.

I did go to last year’s parade, which happened in spite of the COVID panic.  Crowds were packed along the street, and the parade theme was” The Spirit of ‘76”.  I thought it was a very nice event.

This year, the same theme was repeated.  In addition to floats following the theme of the parade, there were floats sponsored by different businesses and non-profit organizations, a military color guard, a dancing group, various pageant queens and their courts all on horseback, antique cars, and several fire trucks bringing up the rear.  There were several pairs of children that followed the horses to scoop the poop off of the street.  I wonder how much they got paid?!!!

The big major difference this year was the throwing of candy, freezer pops, Frisbees and other goodies into the crowds of children that lined the parade route.  What a panic that caused!  It reminded me of Mardi Gras.  That was not done last year, probably because they wanted to discourage the spreading of the virus.  Here in Utah, we have the youngest average age population of any of the states.  Below are some photos of the very patriotic fun that was had by all.

What I found particularly amusing was our county sheriff on horseback along with his sidekick on a horse painted like the American flag.  After the parade, they rode up and down the street so that people could pet the horses.

Last night, I found a good spot to photograph the fireworks display, which was done at our airport.  I was a bit far away, and on top of a big hill.  Apparently, a lot of people thought it was a good spot, too, as there were numerous families with lots of children there.  Below are a few of my best shots.

Hope those of you in the US had a fun and relaxing weekend!
