Advanced Grounding

A few weeks ago I wrote a post detailing my recommended grounding process.  Of course, there are many different methods out there, but this one seems to be the most comprehensive.  Please review the grounding post before you read on.

It is important to remember that when you are connecting to the golden globe of energy above your head, you are contacting your personal source energy, not something outside of you.  It holds the vibration of your personal healed and perfected state.  Since this is also outside of time and space, you might look at that golden globe as a symbol or metaphor for your source energy.

Once you are solidly connected to the core of the Earth Mother, your energy field naturally expands with your golden source light.  I explained to a client a few days ago that it looked like a vesica pisces had opened up around her body with her core essence right in the middle of it.

In spite of the fact that this system is somewhat linear, most people do get it.  It is easy to learn and do on a consistent basis, and people do have a strong sense of connection with the core of the earth when they are fully connected.  There is an alternative method which I am calling advanced grounding. This is for people who would like to take their process to the next level.

The center of the earth that you are connecting to is the Earth Mother’s 5th dimensional core.  It holds her unity consciousness vibration which is the same energy frequency as your 5th dimensional core essence.  When you are fully expanded, you are a vibrational match for her.

So here is an alternate method for your grounding.  Expand your core essence as far out as it will go and hold that vibration.  Start to feel yourself attune with the Heart of the Mother.  You are creating a higher dimensional resonance with her.  Hold that feeling for as long as you can.  This is spherical grounding versus the linear method.  It is where we are going and who we are becoming in relation to our planet. Attuning heart to heart feels so good.  Nowadays, I mainly use the spherical method unless something really squirrely is going on that has thrown me off.  The linear method is quicker if one needs to reinstate their grounding in a hurry.

Now you see why I do not routinely instruct my clients and students in this alternative method.  Most people just aren’t there yet.  Eventually, everyone will get there, as our survival on this planet depends on it.  No matter which method you use, I recommend that you address your grounding every day.  Pay homage to our planet.  Thank Big Mama for providing us with a home and a platform for our evolution.

  1. Thanx for mentioning spherical grounding, that's the method I've been using for some time now. I tried out the linear one but it just didn't feel right to me. Actually I don't think this takes longer. If you practice it consistently it just takes a thought.
